Buying Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online, by mail, by phone, in person or by fax. A per-ticket handling fee based on the ticket price is charged for all transactions. This fee is waived for MBT members purchasing by mail, phone, in-person, or by fax. Other fees, such as package or advance processing fees, may apply. The Ticket Office does not reserve tickets without payment. There are no refunds on tickets, however MBT members may exchange their tickets for an alternate performance.

Click the Buy Tickets Online button on the event page to order your tickets online via Tickets.com. Tickets will automatically be mailed unless the purchase is made within one week of the show. All online purchases are subject to Tickets.com fees, which vary according to ticket price.

Be Aware of Third Party Ticket Re-Sellers

Mount Baker Theatre is a non-profit arts organization. The official website for our venue is www.MountBakerTheatre.com, and our official online ticket vendor is Tickets.com.

We are aware that there are third party broker websites that re-sell tickets to our shows at a substantial markup. MBT is not affiliated with these re-sellers. We are particularly concerned about third party websites that may seem to have the appearance of being an official venue website. Our executive management team has taken legal steps to combat this practice, and we are committed to public relations outreach to keep ticket buyers informed. We put a great deal of effort into optimizing MBT’s presence on search engines and even pay for some search result advertising, within our limited means as a non-profit arts organization.

If you feel you have been sold tickets fraudulently, you might be able to find redress by disputing the credit card charge and by contacting the Washington State Office of the Attorney General (www.atg.wa.gov).

To ensure that you are buying valid tickets at the correct price, we strongly recommend that you purchase directly through us in one of the ways listed on this page.

As part of our effort to combat this issue, the Ticket Office uses its discretion when mailing orders for high profile events/artists and reserves the right to hold these orders at will call and to restrict ticket transfer privileges. Photo i.d. is required to collect will call tickets. Patrons found to have re-sold their tickets for higher than face value may have their orders cancelled and tickets voided without a refund and may be prevented from purchasing tickets through our venue in the future.
