Highly acclaimed on both sides of the Atlantic, Rising has the unique distinction of bringing back to music the living memory and spirit of Ronnie James Dio. With abiding reverence to Ronnie’s loyal fans, the band materialized as the result of a vision that dared to reach far beyond the simple notion of a “tribute” band, delivering with integrity the experience of what it was like to see and hear Ronnie live. The product of more than five years of tireless research and determination, this commanding ensemble continues to make incredible strides in capturing the essence and authenticity that defined the sound behind such bands as Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Heaven and Hell, Elf, and of course, Dio.
