Calling all readers, book lovers, and “shop local” fans! The 2nd  annual Bellingham Holiday Book Festival takes place at the Mount Baker Theatre, Saturday November 26, 2016, from 10 am until 6 pm. Free and open to the public, this family-friendly event will feature more than 20 area authors for readings, book talks, and activities for kids. Free refreshments and live music will also be on hand.

Created by seven area authors, the Festival is also sponsored by the Mount Baker Theatre, who offered the theatre’s Encore Room as this year’s venue. The Holiday Book Festival will be part of the Bellingham Downtown Partnership’s Post-Thanksgiving “Shop Small Saturday,” a special holiday shopping day November 26th in downtown Bellingham.  Street and structure parking will be free all day.
