The notes and voices of those traditionally left out of the repertory echo through time, and reverberate today in the voices of our soloists and their work. Ms. Hristova and Ms. Choe are involved with the Music of Remembrance Project, Mr. McGill, principal flute for the Seattle Symphony, has also risen to prominence in speaking out about social justice issues, and their passion for both music and justice inspires us all. The three together will light up our stage with this inspirational and thoughtful program.

This program also features Fanfare for an Uncommon Woman, a piece dedicated to “women who take risks and are adventurous.”
As ever, our wonderful BSO musicians provide beautiful accompaniment to this stunning trio of soloists.

Harmony from Discord has become an audience favorite, and nothing could please us more. We love bringing  these musical voices to life and sharing their stories, and we are very grateful that our musical community is so supportive.

All programs are subject to change; please see the Bellingham Symphony website for detailed information.
