MBT Lookout Sessions Presents
Chairs for Giants
Seattle-based Chairs for Giants is more than a band, it’s a dynamic musical project led by writer and composer Matt Strutynski alongside drummer Tacket Brown. Featuring a rotating ensemble of talented musicians from the Seattle music scene, this band embraces versatility and refuses to be confined to a single genre.
“Each batch of songs brings a different vibe to the table, showing that this project can not be put into a single box. But what is certain is that the songs will make you feel,” writes the Seattle Music League.
Blending elements of alternative, indie, and pop rock, Chairs for Giants crafts emotionally resonant songs to capture the hearts of their fans. They’ve performed throughout the Seattle area and have shared stages with bands including The Wallflowers, Tyler Edwards, The Angry Lisas, and Seth Anderson.
Their EP Live From The Baitshop features a blend of intimate tunes with a full band arrangement. Their latest release, The Great Unknown, delivers a bold four-piece rock collection.
Chairs for Giants continues to captivate audiences with their evolving sound and heartfelt performances, making them a notable presence in Seattle’s indie music scene.
