Natalie MacMaster & Donnell Leahy

Celtic music superstars and power-couple Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy hit the road on a global tour together for the first time since their marriage in 2000.

Throughout the early 2000s, while raising seven musically gifted children, running a fully operational farm, and building a thriving Farmers Market in Ontario, MacMaster and Leahy still found time to perform over 75 shows a year across North America. With most of the children now in their  teens, the duo is hitting the road again to tour their electrifying live performances.

MacMaster is one of Canada’s most dynamic musical ambassadors. Inducted to the Order of Canada in 2006, she has earned two JUNO Awards, 19 East Coast Music Awards, and three Gold Albums. Her virtuosic fiddling and captivating stage presence are perfectly matched with Leahy’s raw energy and dynamic leadership. These traits led his acclaimed Celtic family-band “Leahy” to Double-Platinum success, three JUNO Awards, and international acclaim as the subject of the Oscar-winning documentary The Leahys: Music Most of All.

Together, the  couple has sold out over 1,000 shows across North America and recorded with many star-studded collaborators including Yo-Yo Ma, Micheal McDonald, Allison Krauss, Thomas Dolby, Nickelback, and more. They have toured with icons such as The Chieftains, Faith Hill, Carlos Santana, Don Henley, and Béla Fleck. 

Still performing with passion and energy, MacMaster and Leahy continue to solidify their reputations as one of the most exhilarating acts in Celtic music today.
